ALGAECAL REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE ALGAECAL REWARDS PROGRAM. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM CONFIRMS YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE ALGAECAL WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, AND COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS SET FORTH IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY, ALL OF WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, THE TERMS OF USE OR OUR PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
1. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and disclose information about you.
2. Eligibility
The AlgaeCal Rewards Program (“AlgaeCal” or the “Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of AlgaeCal Inc (“AlgaeCal”, “we”, “our” or “us”). There is no purchase, payment or credit card required to sign up for, join and/or participate in the basic Program.
To be eligible for participation in the Program, you must (a) be a resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada; (b) be at least 18 years of age; and (c) have an AlgaeCal.com account. Company evaluates residency based on your shipping address. If you change your shipping address to one that is not located in the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., or Canada, you will no longer be able to receive or redeem Points for Rewards or be able to use Rewards in your account.
The Program is available only to individuals for their personal use and is limited to one (1) account per individual. Employees of AlgaeCal and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and business partners are eligible to participate in the Program only for personal use. Commercial use of the Program is strictly prohibited. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by visiting AlgaeCal.com and following the prompts to create an online account. Enrollment in the Program is free. To enroll, you must provide your first and last name, a valid email address, and a telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information. You can update your personal information through your online account or by contacting customer service at 1-855-724-2708 or [email protected], available seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
Only one Program account can be associated with a single email address. In the event of a dispute over account ownership, the Program member will be considered the authorized account holder of the email address provided at enrollment. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple enrollments using different email addresses are prohibited and may result in termination of your Program participation.
Enrollment and participation in the Program are voluntary and not required to complete any transaction, including credit or debit transactions.
4. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
4.1 Earning Points
The Program allows you to earn points towards rewards based on your participation in various Program activities. These activities include, but are not limited to:

Participating in limited-time AlgaeCal promotions or events

Referring friends to make purchases

Qualifying Purchases (Please note that points are earned on the post-discount, pre-tax amount of your Qualifying Purchase.)
AlgaeCal reserves the right to add or remove from this list or add exclusions based on future offers and discounts.
One of the primary ways to earn points is through making qualifying purchases online at AlgaeCal.com. Qualifying Purchases exclude gift card purchases, shipping, handling charges, local taxes and any other fees associated with your purchase. Other exclusions may be added without notice for future offers. For each Qualifying Purchase, you will earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent (rounded to the nearest dollar). Points are earned in the currency paid.
4.2 Redeeming Points
To redeem your points, simply choose the amount of points you wish to redeem when you check out online at AlgaeCal.com. Points cannot be redeemed for gift card purchases, local taxes, shipping and handling charges, or any other fees associated with your purchase. In the event of a promotion (for example a 10% OFF SALE) the promotion offer (10% OFF) will be applied to your purchase before your Rewards points are redeemed. Rewards points will be deducted before tax. Rewards Program members can spend their accumulated Points to receive one of the promotional discount Rewards below:

Points will be deducted from your account balance at the time of checkout. Ensure that you have enough points to cover the reward you wish to redeem. Your updated points balance will be visible in your AlgaeCal account after the redemption process is complete.
4.3 Points Expiry
If you do not make any qualifying purchases or otherwise earn points within a 12-month period, your entire points balance will expire. Expired points will be deducted from your Program account balance.
4.4 Returns and Refunds
If you return an item from a Qualifying Purchase for a refund to your original method of payment, the accumulated points in your Program account will be reduced by the number of points originally earned for that purchase. In the case of a multi-item purchase resulting in a partial return, the accumulated points in your Program account will be reduced by the number of points originally earned and attributable to the refunded items. If the item is exchanged, the points earned will remain. Points credited to your account will be decreased or reversed if all or part of your Qualifying Purchase is canceled, or if a credit refund is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Terms.
4.5 Prohibited Actions
Program points, benefits, and/or rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold, and are non-transferable. You have no property rights in or to points, rewards, or other Program benefits. Program accounts, rewards, or benefits cannot be transferred to, shared, or combined with any other person or Program member. Only the Program member may accumulate and redeem rewards and benefits that have accumulated in their account. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any reward or benefit offered through the Program, other than by AlgaeCal, is expressly prohibited and will result in the termination of your participation in the Program. Any rewards or benefits offered by AlgaeCal under the Program are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Purchases made by unapproved resellers or by fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for Rewards.
5. PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS
By enrolling in the Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive marketing emails from AlgaeCal, including Program-related communications. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email or as outlined in the AlgaeCal Privacy Policy.
6. PROGRAM TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
6.1 The Program and its benefits are offered at AlgaeCal's sole discretion. We may terminate, cancel, modify, or restrict these Terms and/or the Program, or any aspect of it, at any time, in our sole discretion and with or without prior notice to you. This may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned, and/or the ability to redeem earned rewards.
6.2 If you decide to no longer participate in the Program, you may cancel your membership by contacting our customer service team at 1-855-724-2708 or [email protected]. Any accrued points and/or unused rewards will be forfeited and will expire immediately upon your membership cancellation.
6.3 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any member from the Program for any reason. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, failure to comply with these Terms, the Terms of Use of the AlgaeCal Website, any suspected abuse of the Program, illegal activity, fraud, or other conduct deemed inconsistent with these Terms and/or the Program.
6.4 If your membership in the Program is canceled by you or terminated by us, all Program benefits and unused rewards will be forfeited. You will lose all accrued points and unused rewards and benefits in your AlgaeCal account immediately upon cancellation or termination.
6.5. You hereby agree that AlgaeCal shall not be liable for any malfunctions of the program, nor shall it bear any responsibility for any losses, damages, expenses, or inconveniences that may arise from such malfunctions.
7. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unlawful, void, or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severable from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions and shall not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
