- How do I change the address on my subscription order?

Step 4: Click Change shipping and enter your new address

- How do I change the product(s) on my subscription order?

(From the main menu go to the Account tab and click Sign into my Account)

Step 3: Click the Manage Subscriptions tab
Step 4: Click on the Change Product button (located under the upcoming Shipment)
Step 5: Select the new product you want and press Confirm
You’re all set! The system will automatically update the product(s) for your subscription
- How do I change the delivery date of my next subscription order?

(From the main menu go to the Account tab and click Sign into my Account)

Step 3: Click the Manage Subscriptions tab
Step 4: The scheduled delivery date will be displayed under Upcoming Shipments
Step 5: To change the delivery date, click on Change Date and select the date you want your product to be shipped. To change the order date to send as soon as possible, click Send Now
You’re all set! The system will automatically update the delivery date for your next subscription order.
- How do I change the credit card for my subscription orders?
Step 1: Log in at AlgaeCal.com
(From the main menu go to the Account tab and click Sign into my Account)

Step 3: Click the Payment Methods tab
Step 4: Click on the Add New Payment Method button and add your new payment details
Step 5: Tick the Default Payment Method box
Step 6: Click the Save Payment Method button
You’re all set! The system will automatically update the payment method for your subscription.
- Will I receive a reminder before my subscription is processed?
Yes, you will receive a reminder email 4 days before your recurring subscription order is processed and shipped, giving you ample time to make any changes. You can easily update your delivery preferences in your account. If you wish to cancel your delivery, please notify us at least 1 business day in advance to prevent the order from being dispatched.
- I need my subscription sooner than I thought. Is this possible?
Yes, you can log into your account and request to receive your subscription sooner.

- How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by logging in to your account on our website.

Step 6: A pop-up will appear for you to select a reason for your cancelation.. Once selected, click Cancel Subscription.
You’re all set! Your subscription has been canceled!
